Birthday Boy

On Monday our Sullivan turns 3. It seems like yesterday we were new parents falling in love with this tiny perfect little boy. Although we continue to fall in love with our perfect (most of the time) boy. He's not so little anymore, and he's definitely not a baby. 

We look forward to seeing how he grows over the years to come. Parenthood is the best gift God can give you. I'm definitely lucky to have this boy. 

Our birthday celebrations were held on Sunday with a joint birthday with Sullivan's cousin, Asher. They are one year and one day apart. We had a blast celebrating with family. Some highlights are the piñata and the homemade birthday cake done by Grandma Nelson.

It was simple, no theme, but perfect. Happy 3rd Birthday Sullivan. Mommy and Daddy love you more than you know.

We as a family of three celebrated Sullivan's birthday day by doing what every kid loves to do, a trip to Chuck E Cheese. I used to say I would never go there, but it really isn't that bad. Sullivan had a blast burning through a 100 tokens and playing game after game. After that we ate some pizza and headed home to ride his new orange bike.
